About POKI.love
We're an independent editorial digest that curates and contextualizes the most interesting gaming coverage from across the web — written and reviewed by humans, for readers who want more than headlines.
Our Mission
Gaming journalism is well-written and well-reported, but the best of it is also long — and the long stuff has a hard time getting surfaced on the modern web. POKI.love exists to bring that long-form coverage to readers in a clean, distraction-light format.
We summarize, contextualize, and link back to the original publishers — primarily IGN, Eurogamer, and Polygon. Every story you read here is a gateway to a deeper piece elsewhere; nothing here is published without attribution.
Editorial Standards
We hold ourselves to four simple standards:
- Attribute everything. Every summary links to the original source. Every image is credited.
- Summarize, don’t republish. We excerpt within the limits of fair use; the canonical article lives at the source.
- Disclose clearly. Where we publish paid content or affiliate links, we say so on the page.
- Correct quickly. If we get something wrong, we fix it on the page and note the update in the byline.

Funding & Independence
POKI.love is funded by a mix of advertising (Google AdSense and Google Authorized Buyers / ADX) and a small reader-supported newsletter. Editorial decisions are independent of advertisers and are not influenced by them. Where an article has been paid for or sponsored, the disclosure appears at the top of the piece.
We do not host a paywall and do not intend to. The reader-supported newsletter is voluntary; subscribers do not receive any editorial privileges.
