By accessing or using POKI.love (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Editorial Content & Sourcing

POKI.love is an editorial digest. Our editors curate, summarize, and contextualize gaming news and reviews published by third-party outlets — primarily IGN, Eurogamer, and Polygon — and link back to the original sources.

We summarize and link; we do not republish full articles. Where we include longer excerpts, we limit them to short, properly attributed quotations within the limits of fair use. If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact support@poki.love with the URL of the page in question; we will respond within 7 business days.

Views expressed in editorial pieces are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the position of any third-party publisher we summarize.

3. License to Use the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content without our prior written consent.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of editorial content without attribution and a link back.
• Use the Site or its content for commercial purposes, including training of machine-learning models, without our prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Site.

4. User Conduct

When you interact with the Site (e.g., newsletter signup, contact form), you agree not to:

• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise unlawful.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of any third party.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to your use of the Site shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation by emailing support@poki.love. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of a recognized arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your right to bring a matter before your local courts or supervisory authorities where applicable.
